This is classic, David vs Goliath, of they had fulfilled his request, it would have gained them publicity and goodwill worth millions. But nooooo, they had to go this way, which if the guy fought even with a decent lawyer, he could drag this case for months, surpassing the launch date.
All he has to argue, bloody domain is his property, neither hotstar nor jio ever owned it, and he is not even using it for business.
