What's your favourite Whey Protein?
The Whole Truth has been a game changer for me. Mixes easily, great after-taste, and almost as light as water. Moved from MB Cookie & Cream to TWH Coffee recently
Looking for some recommendations from folks who might have used - also do share flavour reccos 🙌🏽
Tbh find protein in foods naturally instead of these newly built artificial food material
Whey is extracted from milk .. nothing artificial
Then I would opt to "Drink milk "
Neither, both suck. Actually all protein bars in the market mostly suck.
Max protein bars suck the least in terms of taste, they've improved a lot over time. But sugar content is higher in comparison to others iirc. Their new dates and almond bar is pretty good imo.
Taste can also be subjective, so it's best if you try different brands+flavors and see which one you like.
He's asking for whey powder only .. yogabar recently released theirs
Referring to Whey Protein only yaar Bhidu :)
TIL Amul also launched their whey protein - the chocolate flavoured one comes to around 2 rupees per gram
25g protein per serving, insane for the price!!
This is not the cheapest out there , foams a lot and ain't the best tasting according to reviews
The per serving packaging is kinda nice tho
The best whey protein is the one which you can take daily. I haven't tried Yoga bar whey but tried Whole truth whey and I liked the taste.
The price is definitely higher but I got it on offer. Trustified tested it and it passed.
I don't understand people's comment here there is nothing like the best or worst whey protein unless it has some issue (less protein, amino spiking heavy metal) any brand can work.
That being said you can avoid ISOPURE anything else which is filtered based on the ion exchange method. It doesn't affect protein anyway but some milk subfractions are completely removed so you don't get that extra benefit but no issue protein wise.
Max Protein Bar Do not recommend (calorie content too high)
But you have to try Choco berry flavour! Fkn addictive!!
That superyou wafer is nice as well
Omg tried it .. sooo gooood
Tried TWT 2 flavours and I like it. Cold coffee and light cocoa My reasons: Whey is not too sweet compared to any other. Good blend and a good ration of protein per 100g (approx 70g). Transparent amino acids profile.
Ps: it is a bit expensive compared to other wheys..! Nutrition value wise it is good. I recommend you to try and find out.
Use 150 ml of chilled milk and 1 to 1.5 scoops of whey. Shake well and enjoy your drink, as it tastes better this way.
Best whey protein would be Avvatar Whey protein which I have been using since many months. It's fresh unlike other brands who import raw whey and flavour them. Avvatar whey is made in India itself.
muscleBlaze unflavoured 80% whey with digest enzymes
So far I have used Optimum Nutrition, Nutrabay, Six Pack Nutrition and The Whole Truth whey.
I found the Whole Truth Light Cocoa to be the best. No added chemicals, no added sugar. There's absolutely no bloating and tastes like chocolate shake. But the downside is the premium cost. This is tested multiple times by Trustified as well hence no doubts on the quality.
For Yogabar, I have read somewhere that this is their second attempt at selling whey, the first time was not successful. It seems even pricier than The Whole Truth.
Lastly, if you want to get more accurate details I'd recommend join a reddit fitness group. I don't think folks here have decent knowledge about whey (one guy here was prompt enough to lecture on whey without even knowing how whey is actually made).

Please recommend which has around 24-25 g of protein per scoop and tastes good.
I am new to fitness journey coming from vegetarian background protein intake is not at par. I tried taking whey protein for ATOM flavour choco hazel fusion but taste was unbearable. I know for some people taste doesn't matter but for me ...
Hey everyone, I'm new to whey protein. Any suggestions for someone just starting out? Good mixability and digestible without bloating my stomach. Lump free.
