Job Description: This position is seeking a candidate who will play a vital role in supporting the communications efforts of Udyogini by creating and disseminating compelling content, engaging with stakeholders, and raising awareness of our organization's mission and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: • Assist in creating high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and reports. • Write and edit articles, blog posts, press releases, and other communication materials. • Ensure all content aligns with Udyogini’s brand and messaging guidelines.

2. Social Media Management: • Manage and maintain social media accounts. • Plan and schedule posts, and engage with the online community. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve our online presence.

3. Media Relations: • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers. • Assist in drafting press releases and media pitches. • Coordinate media coverage of events and initiatives.

4. Website Management: • Update and maintain website content, ensuring it is current and engaging. • Work with the team to implement website improvements.

5. Graphic Design: • Create visually appealing graphics and visuals for online and offline materials. • Ensure all design work is consistent with organisation's branding.

6. Newsletter and Email Campaigns: • Develop and send out regular newsletters to the subscribers. • Maintain email lists and segment them for targeted communications.

7. Event Support: • Assist in the planning and promotion of events and activities. • Provide on-site support during events as needed.

8. Monitoring and Reporting: • Track and report on the impact and reach of communications efforts. • Use data to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
