It seems that the the Judge has remarked in her order that some photos and content seems to be similar - ie POI has used HOB's content to try and pass it off as their own, which, yes, is misappropriation of intellectual property, but can HOB really said to own this IP when it's built on misappropriated IP? Ever since I first came across Humans of Bombay, I've wondered why HONY hadn't sued themI mean, no offence to Karishma (I think?) she's built an absolutely amazing business but the name and idea was OBVIOUSLY appropriated and in all her stories of how she's built something from scratch, she never once mentioned HONY Completely with Brandon on this one, it may be business savy, maybe even legally savy, but it is a little hypothetical and unethical.
