Thoughts Needed
My employer talks to me in a way that I don't feel good. I feel inferior. I also get to learn a lot. What do you think I should do?
- Be in the company and listen to his bitter voice.
- Leave the company but that can hinder my growth.

Are you the only one who feels this way or there are others too?
Feedback is also a matter of how you receive it.
Condition yourself to see the message and not be clouded by the emotion of receiving it. It does look like the message benefits you.
I don't know about others. It's possible that it's because of my age. I am 18 so everyone just boasts on me.
If the learning is great, I'd ignore the noise and make the most of the signal.
I used to HATE my boss in one of my earliest roles. Made me do inane tasks, heavy output work that required a lot of time and grind - we worked 20 hour days as a matter of routine, but he used to be with us on the late nights too.
On one such late night I told him he should get a life - because he was definitely screwing up mine.
Many many many years later I realised, that time was one of my best learning periods and he was a great teacher. Very patient and moulded the right kind of behaviour and especially ingrained an obsessive attention to detail.
Stick till you get something better. Its always better to have another offer than nothing at all in this climate

Sometimes I feel that he's playing with my self respect and values.
Also, getting a higher paid job will need lots of networking and experience which I don't possess nor do I have time to do so.
What should I do ?
Ideally in that case you should quit right now but to be honest there is no assurity that the next company you’d go to would fare any better.
What do u do I see u mentioned 10k per month?
I create content for LinkedIn, create Carousels, and write blogs.
@FindingHorses Hope you got the answer in the thread man.
Take the learning advice and ignore the rest . Also try finding a better job asap. If this is affecting mental health just resign. But beware most people in India don’t know how to treat juniors.
@TepidFanny11
I am getting paid peanuts and I don't have any network. The one companies in which I can get into are also paying the same.i.e. 10 k
Leave the company. When resigning, just send an email. Nothing more.
Then where will the bread come @Qwerty2398
