Thoughts on 2 years exp teaching to be leader

Ofcourse more experienced than them would skip my question was more for how do they even get that confidence to post those stuffs

There may be 1 in thousands who can actually teach leadership without significant leadership experience. That's an outlier and the rest of them don't deserve the benefit of doubt.

I'd skip. There are books on leadership which will provide better value. I'm currently reading The staff engineer's path and I'm sure there are more books
