Got to know from a fried that Thoughtwork has also laid off employees.~ 500 (5%)
Would like to know about learning at Thoughtworks and the company in general. They had layoffs last year and don't seem to be performing great financially based on TrueUp.
Ask @printf
@printf could you please assist here
It’s on okay place to work. Some projects here are really unlike what you’d get at any other place. But let us not forget that this is a service based company 😅.
It’s a good to move from WITCH here, but not from great orgs to this place, even though you might chance upon a good team.
Senior members, esp the ones who’ve been in this org for 10+Years are a gem and imo they should be poached by other great companies for better pay.
I really love the good WLB I’ve got at TW.
Once it was a giant in consulting for programming challenging.
Now its days are over!
Its ok to work with them for a while.
I already have worked for 5-6 years in few product based startups. Thinking of making a switch here for the long term. Wondering if this is the right move.
Well now a days, definition of long term translates to 2-3yrs. Make a switch. No worries.
Reviews seem to be ok and the pay is kind of average. Would like to know if anyone has anything to share about this company.
