Overnight oats are good -
creamy oats + whey + chia seeds + cinnamon powder + raisins + chopped almonds + milk + curd + honey ... And leave them in fridge overnight 🙂↔️

I have the below items for breakfast on various days: Regular Idly Rava Idly Regular Dosa Rava Dosa Neer Dosa Pesarattu Ragi Dosa Mixed pulses/lentils Dosa Upma Paddu Shavige bath/ shavige uppittu Avalakki Bath Masala oats
But still feel, I keep eating the same thing 🤣

- a fried egg and some mashed avocado on a toasted slice of bread
- Boiled egg, tomato and cheese sandwich. Add some butter
- Bread soaked in the egg batter (along w onions tomato chilli) and cooked in the pan
- moong cheela with a cheese slice in the centre (complex carbs, a bit of protein too)
- paneer dosa (has protein from paneer)
That savoury french toast is my fav egg dish
Upma is good 👍, try it with groundnut chutney, 😁 Very easy to prepare + healthy breakfast
