There is constant drama in home. My wife and mother has not spoken properly for past 3 years now. Daily I struggle to maintain balance between two and get sandwiched. More I try to maintain harmony more fight happens. They both are educated and well learned but they just don't like each other. It has taken a toll on my mental health and my work productivity is also suffering. I am getting fat (stress eating) and random health issues are coming. Please suggest how to deal with this? 🙏

You proactively go and visit your mom. Tell them not needed to come. These things happen.. have to find a common interest.
if you couldn't solve it in 3 years, stop trying to solve in next year.
i'd suggest - keep both of them separate to avoid future altercations. Separate as in assume that both of them not getting intersection time & escalating the issue.
Not the best option but better than you getting in between the grind.
