I use it too but I doubt how good their CVs are for ATS

There are lot of websites listed in the comments and most are good, but do check out downloadable free templates from Google Docs, MS Word.
My current resume was made using a free template from Word.
I have two resumes, one ATS friendly one and one that looks good. I upload both because most companies filter using keywords.
