Hi everyone just want to know does donation thing worked for u in saving tax especially to current running govt ? Recently heard people are being asked regarding the same ? I dont hv to worry about this now but will hv to in upcoming yrs .

Works with small political parties as big ones don’t do this “adla badli”. You find a local unknown political party (registered), you donate money to them (let’s say 1,00,000). This party keeps 5,000 as cut and gives you 95,000 in cash.
Political parties want white and salaried want tax free cash. Marriage made in sections of IT!
Now Income tax officers are cracking down because why would an individual suddenly donate 50-60% of salary to such an unknown name in politics? They also look at your standard of living to see and assets to reconcile reported taxable income and actual income
This clears picture also from what i studied it guys are now able to trace back the trail . So any ways we hv to show how we got that moeny as income and then again if its an income so there will be tax🙂🙂🙂

I have seen my trader friends to party donations to pay less taxes. As per the law we can donate 20% of our gross income to any party for the tax deduction benefits. Do any of the software engineers also donate to party?

It’s so painful to see the amount of money I end up paying on the name of tax. Presently doing - 1.5L of LIC and pf + 50k NPS + HRA. What else can be done? My CTC is 55LPA.
