two offers same pay which one I should choose? Unacademy or Pocket FM?

Got two similar pay offers. In Unacademy its a PnL role where as in PocketFM it is a growth role. which one I should choose?

+1.. neither... If the money is too good, then opt for the highest. Atleast it will be helpfull to pay the hospital bills 2 years later.

Read in one of the GV posts that Unacademy culture is more like hire and fire, so avoid that if possible. No idea about Pocker FM though.

I'm a fresher, and in my last sem of Masters. I'm currently interning at Company A which will offer ppo of 6lpa. I also have an offer from Company B with 9.12lpa ctc. The thing is I've got the developer role at my internship(company A) and the role I would get at Company B will be luck based(was campus placement). So which offer should I proceed with? Salesforce SMTS Commerce Cloud Intel Senior Cloud Engineer PocketFm Tech Lead Compensation wise all are same in terms of cash component little bit here and there but Salesforce and Intel has RSU and LTI respectively. Nothing as such in PocketFm. Please share thoughts.

advice for choosing an offer

I received 2 offers recently, for context I'm graduating this year- 1 - a PPO for an early stage startup I have been interning for. TC - 10 base + share of revenue generated. Essentially it is a founders office role, but will be closing sales too. Good culture, profitable. 2- Browserstack for SDET role, TC - 11 base + 5 performance pay+bonus. Conflict is - should I choose the startup due to its potential high returns and my preference for the founders office role or BS for stable income and brand value ?

Offer A - Public company good brand name in US - 35 lpa fixed and 15 rsu. Role - senior engineer. Established product and team I think personal growth would be constant Offer B - startup - 50 lpa fixed. Role - staff engineer. Growth stage product , product needs to be established in market. Which one is good, considering 2-3 years timeframe and which one opens door for next job offers
