One must keep in mind that the purpose of wearables is not precision but trend, direction and correlation.

Excellent for tracking sleep and recovery. I don’t see much utility apart from that. You won’t be able to lift weights while wearing it. I haven’t been able to figure out how the heck do I start the workout mode even for running
I used the ring for a week before returning it and bought apple watch series 9 instead. The ring works as expected but it's not very accurate when it tracks heart rate, which is important for me as I go to the gym. For an average person, the ring is good enough. If you want something which is more accurate and is tried and tested, go for apple watch (if you have Iphone that is).

Its super costly, but I do believe it can cause my quality of life and health to improve a lot
My main aim w it is to track my workouts/sport sessions (incl. swimming) and step count. Which one would be the best?
