Unable to learn and self study after getting job

I was looking for job for 1.5 years, I studied and learnt a lot. Now I got a job and noticed that I am not getting opportunity to learn or study anything new. My profile is TS based Node. Js. While taking my interview, they asked everything in backend docker etc and somehow I cleared given that I did not knew much. While joining I was glad that since this job will require all these things, I will get to learn it from other folks given that how I am weak in these things. But now after joining there, all the pomp is gone. Docker image was setup once and now all we are asked is to clone a reponand write(read copy) some lambda function from already written repo by senior and it is too much to write and time consuming. I am not getting time and opportunity to learn and honestly even udemy or YouTube tutorial is not enough to learn what real work in company teaches.
