Hey Does anyone here have any intel on Loop Health's work culture? What are the people and founders like?
Have you or anyone you have worked with ever been fired with some made-up reason by HR, during a situation when the product was close to completion and maybe the developer was not needed anymore?
Not a dev. But in my prev company, folks were fired when the prod was about to complete because of change in strategy
And I don’t think it makes sense to fire. Because you’ll have lots of bugs and L2 level features
What was the reason given to them for firing? Change in strategy or some other reason? At my company folks were fired based on performance issues even though the performance was acceptable.
Not me but my friend and her entire department was fired overnight. She was readying for a meeting with her boss when HR pinged her and asked to drop everything and come speak. She was so shocked like putting in late nighters and weekend work.
