What should I choose? Does any of the above provide job security? What's the quality of projects? Yoe - 3.5+
If I join Thoughtworks, do I need to grind DSA a lot to keep up with the people working there?

No idea about the particular projects, but I'd recommend Bangalore.
You're young, possibly without too many responsibilities at your home town .
Use this opportunity to explore. Bangalore is a tech hub. Can network and learn.
Kolkata is a dead hub for tech. In case of necessity in future, you can always move back to Kolkata for the big IT service firms like cogni, tcs.
