USA Salary vs Indian salary. Confused with H1B offered package

Got cleared H1B lottery this year. Probably traveling by this year end. But confused with H1B offered package in Jacksonville Florida. Is it worth going or not?

US offered salary - 87k PA Indian salary - 19 LPA Wife- 16 LPA (She won't be able to work on H4 visa if we go. We are trying for Visa sponsorship from her org) Baby- 1.5 years old Major focus- savings with career progression and some global exposure as well.
