How come if anyone don't find interest in something termed as if they are in depression. It could be due to many reasons. Depression is a disorder but nowadays people use it so casually. Mind behaves differently when in stressful conditions, that doesn't mean one is depressed. Not offending anyone just writing what I think

I have given up on it, i dont even go to office... bath ? What?? Who in the world is so free to spend 30 minutes in water bro lets finish the task that is pending from last week...
Basically weekly bath brush and quarterly or sometimes its like after 6 months i do shave my beard...
Is this too unethical or not good for your health?

I feel that bro, but the routine has strucked so hard that i have been following it since last 3 yrs by working from home and now it is wired in the process, i want to get out of it and become fit again but that just increases more work and decreases the corporate productivity
