Wanted to Switch the role from Sales to banking Operation

I don't know whether to share it in public, For the first time I am requesting everyone if anyone is hiring for banking operations. Please let me know I am open to work 🙏 I have 9 years of experience in US Mortgage in Title Search(Operations) and Banking experience is 1.2 I got laid off in the year of 2022 due to mortgage rates fluctuations. 2023 From May I switched my career into banking sales. Not satisfied with the sales role but If am not working then it will be difficult for me to run the family I didn't give up till today. Still Struggling to be successful in sales field but it's not happening Shared so many resumes in linkedin, naukri none of the recruiters has considered my resume. Can Someone help me to get into the backend Operation roles.

However I decided to switchback to the same domain few companies are not ready to pay not even 35k salary also and the company where I worked I begged them for rejoining they accepted they told me they will give Same when I left the organization. In this organisation nearly 6 years. That's what the respect we have there.

Please help me to get into better job where it really help me to grow.
