I was about this weight a couple years ago, I did these and worked pretty well for me:

  1. Go to the gym or exercise in any other form.
  2. Eat 1-1.5 grams of protein everyday per kg of bodyweight.
  3. Initially you can try taking a mass gainer protein, Optimum Nutrition worked decently well for me. But do ensure you're working out too.
  4. If you live in a PG, try eating things which need less cooking, like eggs to fulfill your daily protein needs. You can also try whey protein, protein bars(ensure protein is more than fats and carbs) etc.

I weigh 60kg now.

PS: I'm not a nutritionist so definitely not qualified to give advice. This is just something I followed that worked for me.

I was on and off with gym, but even with that, I could see weight growth right from the 2nd or 3rd week

If you are female then even just 5-6 kgs will do the job
