I have been looking for a job for 2 months now and i only could get one interview... I am a UX designer with over 1 year of experience. I have a portfolio, have ATS friendly resume have 4 solid brief case study. What else should I do to get more interviews?
Things can get tough sometimes. My suggestion would be to focus on your portfolio by reviewing it with senior designers via ADP list.
I would also suggest to look beyond traditional full time jobs and focus on contractual opportunities. There are some good ones out there.

Last I heard, most of the Indian team has moved on, and there are just a few designers left in India. It seems like they’re focusing more on hiring in Indonesia rather than India. But I left a while ago, so things might have changed since then.
