Google releases Gemini... Gemini is the FIRST multimodal AI to outperform human experts on the MMLU, scoring over 90%..
it is much superior to GPT4 in advanced coding as well
Gemini just looks completely unreal. I am mesmerized honestly.
This might be Google's first real response to OpenAI.
The switch between text to image to video they spoke of. How Gemini is interoperable between formats
Honest question: how do you guys keep with all the active developments that's happening in AI? Like every other week there's some major release or a new product launch !!
I honestly after a long day of brainstorming at work and couple of hours of gym, just eat and sleep. And on weekends my schedule is mostly packed with some house work/going out with friends/meeting someone/dates etc.
I get most of these news from Grapevine 😅
Mostly it is my friends or other colleagues at work
Damn I am getting outdated real quick
it is much superior to GPT4 in advanced coding as well
Literally Google has the entire internet in its system and they been using it for search for decades..
Still why can't their LLMs perform better than a new comer like ChatGPT?
What am I missing here?
Gemini comes in 3 variants - Nano, Pro and Ultra
Gemini Ultra beats GPT4 at benchmarks.
Gemini Pro is accessible at bard.google.com.
Gemini Nano is coming soon to Pixel devices.
Exciting times ahead!!!
