Cred app was meant for an elite 1% crowd. Hence they focused on the look and feel instead of the UX. They have always had terrible UX but the UI made it stand out from other apps in the markets.
I agree that their UX is terrible and most likely will not improve anytime soon.
They have done over engineering on it

I don’t work for CRED or have anything to do with them but I’ve been seeing a lot anti CRED or Kunal Shah posts here.
Did I miss out on some interesting/ entertaining news or is it just a frustrated candidate who didn’t get in or a cus...
You can manage all your cards in the homepage and it isnt hidden in some obscure place. But most importantly, cred coins are actually useful, at least you can get some coupons out of it.
