What does it take to get a Strong hire at Google coding interview

Having Google coding interview scheduled tomorrow. I feel prepared. But just giving the right solution will not make a strong hire.

I want to know from some experienced guys about what it takes to get a "strong hire" feedback from Google interviewer ?
