Got a job offer with almost 50% increase in my base but I'm not sure because the company seems toxic. What should I do? The company seems almost desperate to hire

So today I received an offer from a startup that is giving me a pretty good 50% jump on my current base. It's not a well-known startup but during my interview i noticed certain red flags, the way they were interviewing, very arrogant and got a lot of micro-managing vibes from them, expect designs to delivered very quickly. While the money is very good, I'm skeptical if I should accept it or not? What would you guys do in such a situation? I am working currently

Upskilling for a 2x Salary Increase: Which Field and Course?

Hello everyone, I'm an 8-year consulting veteran, currently earning 18 LPA. I'm eager to transition into a field with significantly higher compensation potential, similar to what I've seen in tech (40-50 LPA with 5 years of experience). Can anyone recommend fields that offer substantial salary growth (ideally 2x in 2-3 years)? Additionally, what courses or certifications would be essential to make this transition successful? I'm open to exploring various options and willing to invest time and effort into upskilling. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Increase in Ghost job postings

Hi everyone, Are you seeing an increase in the number of ghost job postings. Because in one of the companies, I have applied for the position based on my skill set and also receiving notifications of new job postings almost every 4 days but haven't received any connect from HR or hiring manager. And it's been more than 2 months. Is this the case everywhere as well? Any thoughts on this.

Bangalore or Delhi NCR?

I'm a software engineer and have been living in Bangalore for over 3 years now and thinking of starting a family and settling at either Bangalore or Delhi NCR. I have seen the disaster infrastructure Bangalore has plus the very high cost of living and hence thinking of moving to Delhi NCR. Please give your inputs
