We also need to understand that it takes years. I have been training for a decade now, my one takeaway is that you need to build a workout plan which you love doing and can do for years.

Most of us obv don’t have the top 5%tile genetics, and wouldn’t gain anymore than 3/4 kgs of muscle each year.
The name of the game is consistency and after a point you need a bigger motivator than vanity.
