People don't talk to you when you are alone, they only talk to you when they are alone.

Health decays slowly post 30 and really fast post 40

In my opinion, your body first starts becoming more sensitive to changes. For example, eat that extra samosa, and you will have that stomach upset you have not seen before. You could always eat an extra samosa, but now you find that you can't anymore. And so on...

@ScrawnyYak - At early 40's mostly you will get diagnostic indicators of heart, liver, back pain, diabetes, kidney or neurological disorders. They will manifest in some or other way like mild stroke, body pains , severe headaches etc. Doctors say can be reversed by lifestyle changes but pretty difficult to change lifestyle because our schedules are tight.

Be kind to others - not referring to going out of the way to help others or anything.

Just know that everyone has his / her battle to fight, insecurities to manage, IQ to live with. Everyone if trying to optimise for himself in the way they think it’s best for them. It may not even be right from your vantage point.

By holding on to grudges or having high expectations of how others should / would / could behave, one is only going to be disappointed if not frustrated.

Next time you get angry because of somebody’s actions, just let them go, forgive them for your sake and be kind for your sake. You will feel better.

  1. Nobody cares about you. Maybe your siblings and your parents but that’s it.
  2. Stop telling everyone about your problems.
  3. Learn to say no.
  4. Address your health issues as soon as possible.
  5. Invest in yourself as much as you can: gym, doctors, clothing, perfumes, healthy food, etc.

Start working out. It's not only about going to gym. You can walk for 30 mins, play a sport or even run. Take care of your body.

Indeed. One should start taking care of their body irrespective of what their age is. Physical activities are not only good for physical health but for mental health too. I urge everyone reading this to start doing some sort of physical activities to keep yourself fit.

Do you have any regrets?

It can be anything related to not doing something you always wanted to but never did, a mistake you realize you shouldn’t have made, or feelings of not being successful enough. Feel free to share your thoughts.

what is your worst mistake professionally?

for me. i spent college studying for grades and 20s making money in a job I don't like, but never got to make the memories I should've with all my friends. I regret doing all of that
