What is pay scale of L3 role in Google (Non-Tech BD role) ?

I have a salary negotiation scheduled soon.

What is the maximum CTC I can expect? (Please also provide a breakdown of the components, including Basic Pay, Variable Pay, Joining Bonus, and ESOPs)

For context, I have over 3.5 years of experience and hold an MBA from a premier B-School.
