Appraisal Problem
I completed 3 months in the organization, and appraisal season started, how to tackel questions of how much hike should I get or ask for?
If I don't ask I will be stuck until like 15 months on same salary. How to deal with it.
Percentage hike is really not the right parameter here. It's relatively easier to take a 100% jump from 3L vs taking the same jump at 15L.
