Offer rollout Tat
What is the ideal Tat from HR collecting documents to create an offer to actually rolling out the offer?
Continuing from the title, I got selected for a Fortune 50 company. They asked me all the documents and even had a verbal discussion regarding the offer where I agreed to the offer verbally.
But it has been more than a week since the discussion and no official offer roll out has happened. Every day HR calls and tells me it'll get rolled out tonight or tomorrow morning.
I'm not sure if they're looking for another candidate or if this is normal in F50 companies. All my previous experiences are from startups.
Thanks guys, i received the offer some time back. My overthinking mind made me write down this post.
PS: I also got to know that the majority of the big companies take 2-3 weeks time to roll out the offer
Sams club?
