What is the market rate for 2 YOE data scientist (in India)

Current CTC : 12 fixed (in a good pbc) I am getting an offer for 20 fixed (but requires me to relocate to Bangalore)

should I take this, or hunt for more I was initially aiming for at least 24-28, but this is very close to what I wanted

what is the market rate, how much are good companies paying for 2 YOE in data science
