What is the one thing you don't like about being PM?
What is one thing you find not good abt this role and also mention what makes you like this?
I always see the debate around Product management functions and it's nuances around, there are many haters and folks who love this role and in India it's kind of nascent stage I would believe. What is one thing you don't like about it in your day to day life and what is one thing you like I will start- I don't like very much the ambiguous problem statement I get in raw form and it's very surprising role with new tasks everyday.
What is like is- I love the execution part and also a part when I am able to bring structure to the whole problem I am trying to solve, bringing clarity to chaos
Thing I don’t like - Poor understanding of PM function inside/outside the team
Thing I like most - Uncertainties and impact potential associated with this role
You like execution? So basically you like stuff others actually do and love to mooch on. Great. And you ask why PM's are shat upon
One thing could be the ownership which PMs take, people misuse it and pass on their duties as well
