Left Blr 3 months back, I was paying 10k for 2bhk in Bommanahalli.
Kahan se mila itna sasta
It wasn’t a fancy place very small apartment, not a good locality too.
But 3/5 apartments were rented out by me and my friends so it was 🕺🏼
A friend rented out an apartment during covid, negotiated and reduced the rent from 12.5k to 9.5k and slowly the rest of went there and we didn’t let him increase the rent.
Guess we got lucky but out of the 30k deposit, I was supposed to get back 15k and the landlord just ghosted, trying to get it back.
38k for a 3bhk (1800sq ft )
Prestige society ( all amenities imaginable)
30 mins from hsr, 60 mins from indira nagar
( owner is in Australia and just wanted people who would keep the house tidy )
Got lucky, never leaving this place till i am in Bangalore
24k for a single room in a 2BHK. The building is managed by Housr and includes electricity, wifi, maintenance, laundry etc. Behind Embassy Golf Links, Domlur

The experience has been good so far. Although it is quite expensive, but it has been good and I have been staying for a year. My office is just 2km away and thats why I don’t plan to move from here.
30k for 2bhk in Koramangala. Old building hai, but very close to the entertainment district 👀
