What’s the average salary for APMs with 1 YoE?

What is the average salary for an APM with 1.5years APM experience and overall 2.5YOE. (Non MBA)

I am interviewing for APM Roles. Do you guys have any idea of salary range of APM's in Blinkit and similar tech startups?

I am currently working as an APM at a start up (Series B) with 4 YOE (2.5 years into product) and Masters level qualification (not MBA).

My current CTC is 14.65 (13.65 + 1). Don’t think it’s fair as per market standards. Any comments?

Is 14.5L base good enough for an APM role with 1 YOE? The organisation has funding of $200M.
