What should I do to get out of 35-40 lpa range

I am working as a lead data analyst currently and have a 5 years of work experience in the same domain. I have done my masters in analytic from US and worked there for 5 years and now I have moved to India. I feel I am stuck in the data analyst role with the salary range of 35-40 lpa. What should I do to get out of it. My tech stack - Python/gcp/tableau/power bi etc
