What skills I need to switch?

I joined Accenture and got into a project fresh after my graduation. I have 2 years experience in Automation Anywhere and SQL only, as that's the only skills required for my project. I have only basic idea about c#, Java, AWS, Azure and python, as I self studied those. I have never used those in any project and neither do I have real experience in those. I want to switch companies but I couldn't find more job openings related to Automation Anywhere. And for other skills they need experienced people. What should I do to switch companies? I am ready for cross training but I couldn't find proper guidance. I don't know which skill I should learn more to find job.

If you wish to be software engineer, learn spring/spring-boot. Make some decent backend projects and deploy using docker on AWS.
Learn DSA and low level design.
Fuck JavaScript since you've done mostly backend related work.

If you want to venture into QA, do let me know, I'll ask my friend

Look for rpa roles in big 4. That matches your profile and no need to upskill also
