How to take care of mental health?
Hey folks, just wanted to know how are you all taking care of your mental health on a daily basis and stuff that can be incorporated in your daily routine.

Shiv tandav stotram and ek onkar. Was never particularly religious but these 2 make everything manageable
Read gravevine, scroll insta, drink some herbal tea and ensure breakfast/dinner at peace
Listen to music. Journal. Taking down notes of my thoughts. Walk.
Try to rest well after work. Do nothing, just laying down. 😊
