What tech stack is paying the most

I am at 4 yoe and working as a full stack dev (.net and sql server) I am feeling stuck and looking for a change. Still at 8 lpa haven't got a hike in last 3 years ( covid + recession) No matter what I do to my resume I get no call backs for interviews. Do I continue in .net or do I upskill into some other tech stack. Any and all advice would be much appreciated Thanks in advance.
