What was your job search routine? (During a notice period)
I'll be parting ways with my company in the next one and a half months. But currently, I dont have a job offer in my hand. Want to know if someone was in a similar situation, what routine you followed to get a job offer before your last working day.
Getting a Paid Naukri Subscription(Jobs on Mail/SMS, Resume Display etc) helped me. This will put your resume on the top of search pages when recruiters search for profiles in a certain domain, also recently posted jobs would be sent to you via mail and sms. Secondly, limiting my LinkedIn connections to only people in my domain (Analytics) helped me to find openings in Analytics domain posted by recruiters and managers. Mailing your resumes to them and/or reaching out directly to them is helpful
