What would people recommend? Join prophecy or Greenlight? Assume that fixed pay doesn't matter. I only want to compare company future and work culture and personal growth. Any pointers are much appreciated

What to look for in a company before joining?

Is it the pay? WLB? BENEFITS? Company profits? ESOPs? Tech stack?
