Quick Walkthrough:
- Start preparing for GRE or GMAT exams
- Identify colleges and universities that offer the courses you are interested in
- Connect with Alums of that college and course to learn more about them and understand if its a good fit for you
- Identify the skillsets you already have or need to develop through that course to get a job in the field of your choice
- Explore jobs on Linkedin that you are interested in and note down the skill requirements because thats what you will need to eventually learn and apply to get those jobs
- Either enroll in student consultation programs that will help you prepare your SOPs, letter of recommendations, interviews, etc.
- Or do all of these by yourself which I personally prefer because quite often these consultancies will shove their affiliated universities upon you and pressurize you through fear tactics to enroll in their suggested programs even if they were not your first choice
- Get decent scores and apply to 5+ universities including the most ambitious and safe options
- Wait to hear back about the college decisions
- In the meantime start the process of Loans to secure your education cost as the university will require that soon after acceptance
