What's should be the path to Singapore?
I am currently in the CEO's Office in a Social Enterprise - trying to learn the ropes of business. I am envisioning another 1.5 years in the org - given I have already hit 0.5 months mark here.
Post that I am targeting Singapore as my next career destination. I am still keen to work in Social Impact - Consulting, Impact Investment or Generalist roles.
What organisations will be a good fit for me? How should I prep myself - professionally and personally?
Currently, I am extremely underpaid- 8 LPA and want to change that but I am not technically strong in anything so I want to build some impact in my current organisation first and become skilled.
Still I really need guidance here too.

Hey, I had worked with a Singapore based startup earlier and have typically seen three paths:
-
Get into an early stage company based their initially within a non SG geography, over time as you become more core to the company, they can pull you in on an EP
-
Directly getting into a Singapore based role - I have seen this typically being a low probability path, given limitations on EPs and cost to the company
-
Do an MBA in SGP and get a job there - has the highest conversion and more secure overall
