This seems useless tbh. Those long ass monitors suck. You see those 4 programs he has on screen, none of them are maximized, you will spend half the time fidgeting with the window sizes and placement instead of doing actual work. Gaming sucks on those things.
I think ideally you should have 3 at max. 2 horizontal on your dominant side and 1 vertical for code or browsing feed in the other side. And all 3 should be the exact same monitor so you don't have to deal with display disparities between different screens.

- Chairs are ergonomic

Started a new role, company has a good office gadget policy - what monitor to get? Anything within 20k works.
