My college doesn't have campus placements. I've applied at so many places, naukri.com, indeed, upwork, internshala, LinkedIn but I haven't heard back from anyone. My resume is fine. I have a little bit of prior experience. But I keep getting ghosted everywhere. Any help?
Fine resume won't work for off campus opportunities, there ain't much you can do at this time. You can ask for referrals in small startups or do an internship with a PPO opportunity.
Need to stand out. Either have expertise in a niche or be very good with presentation and marketing yourself.
