Where should I join?

tech stack is your choice they want end results depends on which team you join so far i am using python, excel and sql

better safe than sorry for 8 lacs. I had a 54 lacs offer from apna jobs at a LPM level. I preferred not to join and join as PM 2 at 42.5 in revenue positive firm. Considering you might have liabilities like homeloan etc, better be cautious, as these additional 8 lacs will come at unnecessary CEO presentation, blame game, 15 hrs in office daily etc with no clarity on next level etc. The Walmart sans 8 lacs will have 100 levels higher than where you are, safety net etc. Think through it. Also one needs time to prep for the ai developments, you dont want to slog 15 hrs in office not working on yourself and clueless after 1.5 years laid off all of a sudden

POCKETFM is massively toxic. DO NOT GO THERE. My colleague returned after a month. Walmart is amazing. Best of luck

I’ve worked with one of the engineering leaders at PFM before — easily one of the most toxic and micro-managing individuals I’ve encountered. The overall culture at PFM is similar: toxic, unstable, and prone to frequent layoffs.
If you’re considering an offer, I’d recommend skipping it. Even if Walmart offers less money, the peace of mind and healthier work environment are worth it.
I have been playing with startups like these for last 6yrs. Dont go for pocketFM. Go for walmart
