I am looking to buy a 3 bhk in west Hyderabad. So I am looking for property so where yo invest in Kokapet or Neopolis? The distance between property is 2 km only
Are you getting both at same cost? I’m guessing Neopolis would be costlier and at a later handover date.
Neopolis has good infra in terms of road and most of the societies are on high altitude. However, it might take some time for development. Also worried about unlimited FSI.
Kokapet is already developed with many restaurants/supermarkets/hospitals. However roads aren’t as great as Neopolis.
How is orr connectivity?
