If you look in terms of monetary ROI, you might just breakeven in the first year. Cost of doing MBA from these colleges is ~30L (avg). You might end up getting a CTC of 32-34L (avg). But don’t measure the impact of MBA in terms monetary ROI. You get access to a network of alums and current batch, job opportunities which would have been difficult to get outside otherwise, time to reflect on your career and calibrate your progression, expansion of knowledge (you will literally get to know many stuff even if you won’t use them extensively in life), and chances to experiment/take risks with your career. If you’re already earning 35-40L, it might not make sense to go for an MBA from a monetary standpoint. But it surely helps if you want to widen your network and perspective. MBA is beyond money (this is how the business school market themselves 😂)

Yep, you can explore ISB's PGP program - there are typically 10% of the folks who have 5+ years of work experience

Avg salary is anywhere b/w 30-35L which is a good 2x bump. Know couple of folks with 7+ years of work ex who've made it to Consulting (MBB is pretty open on this front)
