My opinion - If what TCS is offering is good enough for you for the next 5 years, then TCS. As there would be good learning and onsite opportunities.
It’s complete 5 day work from office and 9 hours is mandatory in TCS where as in TEKsystems they gave complete work from home option with 9-5 shift
I prefer this complete wfh if I had a choice. And as it is a 9 to 5 job, it's a great choice you got.
My friend is from TCS Hyderabad and from Adibatla location. He daily commutes nearly 3.5 hrs just to go to office like leaves home mrng 9.30 and reaches back at night 9.30. It is a very tiring thing. So if you still opt for TCS, get to know your base location as well.

TCS is more stable and more clients in case of economic downturn. Financial growth will be better in TEKSystems.
