I Currently have offers from Autodesk and GoDaddy.
Compensation offered by Autodesk: 30 LPA fixed comp+10% variable, $60k RSUs(location :Pune hybrid) Compensation offered by Godaddy: 30 LPA fixed comp+10% variable, $60k RSUs(location :WFH for now, but location is Gurgaon)
Can anyone tell in terms of work life balance/ tech stack /Learning which organisation is better ? and in terms of long term perspective ?
