Why all the companies asking BGV before joining 🤔
Hi Everyone,
I am currently in switching the company from TCS to other companies.
I got an offer from HCL and LTI Mindtree.
After releasing the offer companies are asking to complete Back Ground verification(BGV).
After completing BGV what if I don't join those companies.
And please let me know which is the good company to join. I have 6.5 years of experience and I work on SAP BW HANA technology.
Company - CTC TCS - 15 LPA HCL - 22 LPA LTI - 20 LPA

There is no issue if you don't join any organization after clearing the background check..I am also a SAP BW consultant and recently switched from TCS..I would suggest join LTI if you are looking for yearly appraisal..There won't be any hike in HCL..

BGV is just BGV, not a commitment to join. It's so you give consent for them to verify your credentials. BGV takes a week or two, so they want to do it now instead of later. Also, there may be multiple positions and candidates.
